Below are a list of frequently asked questions about Oasis Community Learning and Academies in general.

Academies are all-ability schools serving local communities and working in partnership with the Department for Education, Local Authority, local businesses, other schools and other local stakeholders.
As of September 2010 there will be 12 Oasis Academies; two in NE Lincolnshire (Immingham and Wintringham), two in Southampton (Lord’s Hill and Mayfield), two in Bristol (Brightstowe and John Williams), two in Croydon (Coulsdon and Shirley Park), two in Greater Manchester (MediaCityUK and Oldham) and two in Enfield (Hadley and Enfield).
Further details can be found on the Our Academies page.
The Department for Education meets the capital and running costs for an Academy in full, as a part of an overall strategy to raise standards beyond the improvements already made by the predecessor school. Once up and running Academies receive equivalent funding to other secondary schools in the same area.
Each Oasis Academy has a uniform which reflects the Oasis brand. The uniform consists of a blazer and tie, white shirt and trousers or skirt, as well as socks, shorts, a polo shirt and rugby shirt for PE. There are a variety of additional items that can be chosen by the Academy. The unique colour scheme is decided in consultation with students, staff and parents/carers.
Since 1985, Oasis has been providing education, mentoring and transition work around the world. Having opened our first Academies in September 2007, the improvements have been outstanding.

Aye mate! And welcome to limbo! Problem: I have no idea what page you're trying to work on. You need to define a body ID in the template, then turn on the necessary rows and columns in layout.css. Arrrrgh!
